How to delete your account and data

Delete it yourself

Log in and open My account.
Under Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
You are logged out at once. Your CVs, reports and personal data are erased within 30 days.

Signed up with Google or Facebook and never set a password? First set one with Forgot password (we email you a link), then delete your account as above.

Or ask us

Email hello@cvalgorithm.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 72 hours and confirm when it is done.

What we keep

Records of payments are kept in anonymised form for 6 years, as tax and e-commerce rules require. Nothing else is kept.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

We receive only your name and email address from them, to make your account. We do not receive or keep your posts, friends, photos or anything else. Removing CV Algorithm from your Google or Facebook settings stops that sign-in; deleting your account here erases the data we hold.
